The 2012-2013 season has already begun and we're full steam ahead to Christmas. The first newsletters of the season have arrived, along with a calendar of events for October and November.

The Gatineau Valley Skating Club is sanctioned by Skate Canada. GVSC has nearly 100 members and operates out of the area in Low, Quebec. GVSC develops skaters of all abilities, from first time recreational skaters to competitive skaters.
When the original club began in 1992 its name was Low and District Figure Skating Club. The name was later changed because our population was expanding from the Low area to as far north as Gracefield and as far south as Cantley; so Gatineau Valley seemed to work to cover all areas.
The club is run entirely by volunteers and would not be possible without them. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact club president Kelly Plunkett at 819-422-3565.
GVSC is also on Facebook! Simply search "Gatineau Valley Skating Club". Upcoming events, competitions, theme days, ice shows, etc. are posted there, as well as on our website.
